Brand Ambassador – Field Sales (Solihull)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent the UK’s leading vaping brands ELFBAR and Lost Mary across Solihull and Birmingham. Working in the field, you will build relationships with independent retailers, increase product visibility and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit independent retailers and convenience stores within your territory.
• Develop strong relationships with store owners and decision‑makers.
• Increase in‑store product visibility and manage point‑of‑sale displays.
• Introduce retailers to the brand rewards programme and identify new distribution opportunities.
• Manage your territory as a mini‑business, tracking sales and reporting progress.

Required profile

• Previous sales, retail or FMCG experience (preferred but not essential).
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Interest in sales, brand development or the vaping industry.
• Full manual UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
