Brand Manager – Femcare Portfolio (Hybrid)

About the role

Essity is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the growth of its Femcare portfolio, including the Bodyform® brand. Working from the Didsbury office three days a week and remotely two days, you will shape brand strategy, develop insight‑led campaigns and drive commercial performance in the intimate health category.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the marketing strategy for Bodyform®, overseeing communications, campaigns, promotions and innovation projects.
• Collaborate with UK and European teams, creative agencies, product development and retail partners to bring plans to market.
• Manage brand consistency, consumer engagement and commercial effectiveness across all touchpoints.
• Support the creation of educational materials and consumer‑focused initiatives to raise awareness of the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG brand management within a commercial environment.
• Ability to take projects from concept through launch using insight, creativity and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort influencing teams across markets.
• Commercial curiosity and passion for brands that improve wellbeing.
