Brand Manager – Luxury Beauty & Premium Fashion

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Brand Manager to own and grow premium beauty and fashion brands that consumers aspire to own. This hybrid role is based in Kingston upon Thames and works across iconic luxury beauty and premium retail environments, partnering with prestigious retailers such as Harrods and Jimmy Choo.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and campaign execution across the UK market.
• Develop and launch 360° marketing and activation plans that boost brand equity and commercial performance.
• Manage media budgets, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, digital, sales, and visual merchandising teams to ensure impactful campaigns.
• Work closely with premium retail partners and global stakeholders on product launches and retail activations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and commercial results to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Previous Brand Management experience within luxury beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or high‑end fashion.
• Experience working with prestigious brands and premium retail environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, positive attitude and highly organised.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving environment.
