About the role

As a Brand Representative for Hollister at Churchill Square, you will bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with genuine care, representing the brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to customers, anticipate their needs, initiate natural conversations, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales floor, including folding, hanging, sizing, and ensuring product replenishment meets presentation standards.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap while delivering a friendly checkout experience.
• Support omni‑channel operations by handling Save the Sale orders, fulfilling in‑store pick‑up requests, and packaging ship‑from‑store online orders.
