Breakfast Food and Beverage Team Member

About the role

Join the team at Ibis London Blackfriars and deliver a welcoming breakfast experience for our guests. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, interacting with customers and ensuring high‑quality service throughout the morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, present the menu and make recommendations.
• Answer questions about food and beverages and take orders.
• Enter orders into the POS system and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and maintain quality service in the breakfast area.
• Handle reservations and assist take‑out counter customers.
• Apply health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness, and follow equipment and maintenance guidelines.

Required profile

• Fully flexible availability, minimum 20 hours per week (additional hours may be required).
• Fast on your feet, able to make friends quickly.
• Big smile and strong focus on quality service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a POS (point‑of‑sale) system.
