Breakfast Food and Beverage Team Member

About the role

Join the team at Ibis London Blackfriars and deliver a welcoming breakfast experience for our guests. This position is fully flexible, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, make menu suggestions and answer all food and beverage queries.
• Take orders and transmit them to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Serve meals and ensure high‑quality service in the breakfast area.
• Handle reservations and assist take‑out counter customers.
• Apply health and safety regulations, follow equipment usage and maintenance guidelines, and keep the work area clean.

Required profile

• Fast on your feet and able to make friends quickly.
• Big smile, strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Fully flexible availability to work varied shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a POS (point‑of‑sale) system.
