Breakfast Host – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Breakfast Host to join our new hotel at Point A Edinburgh St. Andrew Square. You will be the first point of contact for guests each morning, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable start to their day.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality breakfast service and create an unforgettable guest experience.
• Handle food safely and comply with all hygiene standards.
• Support other hotel teams and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Maintain a clean and well‑presented breakfast area.
• Assist guests with any enquiries or special requests during breakfast hours.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, passion for hospitality and personal development.
• Kindness, honesty and a caring approach to the community.
• Good understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Legal right to work in the UK and ability to commute to the hotel.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 05:30 and 14:30.
