Building Surveyor – Multi‑Sector Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy in the South East. You will work on a diverse portfolio covering education, commercial, healthcare and residential sectors, managing projects from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project‑based building surveying work from start to finish
• Prepare specifications and contract documentation
• Carry out contract administration and site inspections
• Attend progress meetings and issue contract instructions
• Produce technical reports for clients
• Take independent ownership of projects as experience develops
• Balance office, site and hybrid working environments

Required profile

• Proven building surveying experience
• Strong construction knowledge
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ambition to progress to associate and partner level
