Business Analyst – Hybrid – Up to £50k

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Exeter team on a permanent basis. You will help translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements and support the delivery of business‑critical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to define and document requirements.
• Map and streamline business processes to improve efficiency.
• Produce high‑quality documentation and maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Support system management and provide proactive problem‑solving.
• Prioritise tasks and manage time to meet agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Holding or working towards a Business Analysis International Diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with users and IT colleagues.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
