Business Development Executive – FCA Regulated Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Watford team, working in a FCA‑regulated environment delivering CFD and Forex trading services. You will handle inbound leads, building relationships and guiding prospects to open and fund live accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound prospects via phone and email, providing clear information about our platform and educational services.
• Support clients through the account creation and activation process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions in the CRM.
• Achieve conversion targets and contribute to team performance incentives.
• Uphold FCA compliance and ethical standards in all communications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to handle objections.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to grow and meet targets.
• Coachable attitude and willingness to follow a proven sales system.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and FCA regulations.
