About the role
Join Forsyth Barnes as a Business Development Executive in London, focusing on the fast‑growing FinTech recruitment market. You will work in a full‑cycle commercial role where your sales performance is directly rewarded through uncapped commission.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business via calls, LinkedIn, email, networking and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior decision‑makers in FinTech companies.
- Develop a personal client portfolio within the FinTech technology sector.
- Source, headhunt and engage high‑calibre candidates.
- Manage client and candidate conversations throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate terms, close placements and earn commission.
Required profile
- 1–5 years of experience in a target‑driven B2B sales environment.
- Proven ability to work to targets and KPIs.
- Confident with outbound business development and relationship building.
- Competitive, resilient, self‑motivated and money‑driven.
- Coachability and a willingness to learn.
