Business Development Executive – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking a confident and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Highworth. This position offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for candidates who need a balance between work and personal commitments while driving new business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective new clients.
• Follow up with existing and previous clients to nurture relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Book appointments and generate leads for the business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes.
• Work towards individual call and sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Required profile

• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales or business development (essential).
• Comfortable making cold calls.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
