Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join a fast‑growing sales team in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, engaging senior decision‑makers and delivering technology‑driven solutions that address real business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Use outbound calling, email and social selling techniques to generate new business within target accounts.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and understand their business challenges.
• Follow up promptly on leads, nurturing them into qualified opportunities.
• Research, identify and engage prospective customers, converting leads into sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets for meetings and opportunity creation.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Confidence engaging with senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
