Business Development Manager – C‑suite Sales (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to sell our unique peer‑to‑peer learning solution to CEOs, CFOs and CPOs of private‑equity‑backed companies. Working from our London Bridge office three days a week and remotely two days, you will own the full sales cycle and help shape the growth of the UK's only L&D provider for PE‑backed leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and develop an outbound pipeline targeting C‑suite decision‑makers.
• Attend and host in‑person events that drive conversion.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage CEOs, CFOs and CPOs at the right moment.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to closing.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of selling to C‑suite stakeholders (non‑negotiable).
• Tenacity, precision and a genuine interest in personal development.
