Join a leading seafood supplier that is recognised for its innovative branded and own‑label products. As a Business Development Manager – Foodservice you will drive new revenue streams across the UK foodservice, wholesale and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across pubs, travel & tourism, airlines, stadia and contract catering partners.
• Deliver ambitious volume‑growth targets that align with the commercial strategy and operational capacity.
• Expand the company’s footprint within diverse channels, contributing to double‑digit growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience in the foodservice sector, ideally within seafood or similar food categories.
• Commercially minded with a results‑focused attitude.
• Excellent relationship‑building and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Salary up to £55,000 per year, dependent on experience.
