Business Development Manager – HR Tech

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing HR technology company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate commercial growth across the EMEA region. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will lead the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships and drive new revenue in sectors such as technology and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the EMEA market.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from outreach to contract signing.
• Build and nurture relationships with founders, HR leaders, talent acquisition professionals and senior decision‑makers.
• Conduct discovery calls, deliver solution presentations and lead commercial negotiations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and collaborate with internal teams for successful onboarding.
• Contribute to market‑expansion initiatives and revenue‑growth projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch or German with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, owning the full sales cycle.
• Track record working with clients in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Excellent prospecting, networking, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable engaging senior and executive‑level stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, commercially focused and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
