Business Development Manager

About the role

Arrow Intelligent Solutions (AIS) is expanding its Intelligent Solutions Team and seeks a Business Development Manager based in the UK. You will drive strategic growth, build strong client relationships, and uncover new market opportunities for our technology and integration services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships between AIS and potential customers, including ISVs and OEMs.
• Identify new business opportunities across markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
• Create and maintain a sales funnel using Salesforce (SFDC) as the CRM tool.
• Execute sales growth plans and drive results through demand identification and creation.
• Plan and oversee new business initiatives, research organizations and key stakeholders, and attend industry events.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development within a relevant technology sector.
• Background working for a technology vendor or OEM partner is preferred.
• Ability to build and nurture strategic business relationships with C‑level and key stakeholders.
• Strong market knowledge and understanding of the value an OEM partner brings to the channel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within virtual teams and external partners.
