Business Development Manager – Milton Keynes – Up to £53k OTE

About the role

Yell is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join its Field Sales team in Milton Keynes. You will work in a fast‑growing digital‑marketing environment, helping local businesses across the UK achieve their growth targets through tailored advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients using self‑sourced and company‑provided leads.
• Conduct face‑to‑face or virtual consultations to understand customer needs and propose digital‑marketing solutions.
• Present, negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Maintain relationships and provide account management for up to 12 months post‑sale.
• Analyse client data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.

Required profile

• Proven success in field sales or high‑performing telesales.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Resilient, positive attitude and ability to overcome objections.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).

Required skills

• Solution‑selling experience (SaaS background is a plus).
