Business Development Representative – French Speaking

About the role

Airtable is seeking a French‑speaking Business Development Representative to accelerate pipeline growth across France and Southern Europe. Based in London, you will work closely with Strategic Account Executives to introduce enterprise customers to Airtable’s no‑code platform and its new Hyperagent AI product.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and personalized outreach in the French market.
• Partner with Strategic Account Executives in Paris to map target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop ROI‑driven hypotheses for AI‑powered workflows.
• Conduct deep discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and demonstrate how Airtable solves complex operational challenges for Fortune 100 companies.
• Maintain metrics‑driven activity levels and report pipeline progress to the sales leadership team.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or high‑activity outbound roles.
• Proactive, metrics‑focused professional with a strong interest in AI‑enabled selling.
• Excellent communicator able to engage senior stakeholders across large enterprises.
