Business Development Representative - French Speaking

About the role

As a French‑speaking Business Development Representative based in London, you will drive enterprise pipeline growth across France and Southern Europe. You will work closely with Strategic Account Executives to introduce Airtable’s no‑code platform and its new Hyperagent AI product to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and personalized outreach to high‑impact accounts in the French market.
• Partner with Strategic Account Executives in Paris to map target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop ROI‑driven hypotheses for AI‑powered workflows.
• Conduct deep discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and articulate how Airtable solves complex operational challenges for Fortune 100 companies.
• Maintain metrics‑driven activity and pipeline reporting to ensure consistent performance against targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or high‑activity outbound roles.
• Proactive, metrics‑focused professional with a strong interest in AI‑enabled selling.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller capable of engaging senior stakeholders across large enterprises.
