Business Director

About the role

The Business Director will lead revenue growth for LADbible Group’s Client Solutions team, managing both agency partnerships and direct client relationships. You will act as the senior liaison between publicis agencies and key brand clients, delivering integrated campaigns across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency and client stakeholders, becoming their go‑to business partner.
• Develop full‑funnel, integrated proposals that combine branded content, display, influencer, immersive camera marketing and sponsorship.
• Lead pitches, negotiate contracts and exceed personal revenue targets and KPIs.
• Provide post‑campaign analysis, insights and recommendations to drive retention and growth.
• Represent LADbible Group at industry events and contribute to award entries.

Required profile

• Proven senior relationships within Publicis Groupe, especially Zenith and Starcom.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a media, publishing or agency environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to propose new commercial formats.
• Resilient, driven and able to perform under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and X.
• Knowledge of sponsorship, influencer marketing and immersive camera marketing.
