Strategic Client Success Manager

About the role

As a Strategic Client Success Manager at Perkbox you will own a portfolio of private‑sector accounts, building long‑term partnerships that drive retention and growth. You will act as the trusted advisor for clients while championing their needs internally.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships across your portfolio, engaging with stakeholders at all levels including the C‑suite.
• Identify and progress upsell and expansion opportunities using the internal sales framework.
• Run regular reviews and executive business reviews, linking client goals to platform data and outcomes.
• Increase product adoption by educating admins and guiding clients through the Integrations Pipeline.
• Deliver webinars and training sessions for admins and internal champions.
• Act as the liaison between clients and the Product team, fostering a feedback loop.
• Triage client queries efficiently, routing them to the appropriate resolution point.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales/upsell targets.
• Confidence handling difficult conversations, including cancellation risks and complex negotiations.
• Strong customer focus with examples of improving software engagement.
• Business acumen to align client goals with appropriate solutions.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable using insights to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with senior and executive audiences.
• Comfort with change and ambiguity, viewing them as learning opportunities.

Required skills

• Experience in B2B SaaS or employee benefits environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with NPS, NRR, or other success metrics (preferred).
• Ability to build multi‑threaded relationships across client organisations (preferred).
