Business Graduate Programme (FTSE Russell)

About the role

The FTSE Russell Business Graduate Programme starts in September 2027 and gives graduates a springboard into a career in global financial markets. You will join the FTSE Russell division, which helps investors make better-informed decisions through indices and benchmarking solutions. Graduates join on a permanent basis and are placed in their first rotation after the recruitment process assesses their skills and interests.

Required profile

• Graduate who completed studies in 2026, or a final-year undergraduate or Master's student who finished all course requirements by summer 2027
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets built through studies, work experience or extracurricular activities
• Ideal candidates have the right to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the programme
• Openness to a 12-month development journey, with a 3-day office presence and flexible hybrid working
