Business Sales Executive – B2B Sales Role

About the role

We are a fast‑growing B2B sales business seeking an ambitious Business Sales Executive to join our commercial team in Macclesfield. This role is ideal for candidates with 6‑12 months of B2B or telesales experience who want to earn based on performance and progress quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through high‑volume outbound calling and prospecting.
• Engage decision‑makers, open conversations from scratch and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
• Build, manage and develop your own sales pipeline.
• Meet daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals.
• Take ownership of performance and results, continuously improving.

Required profile

• 6–12 months experience in telesales or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and handling rejection.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Motivated by targets, earnings and career progression.
• Strong work ethic and competitive mindset.

• £25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £40,000‑£45,000).
