About the role
Join Novus Property Solutions as a Business Services Support Apprentice and gain a structured introduction to People Services (HR), IT, Social Value and Customer Service. Over a 24‑month programme you will work across back‑office functions, learning how they support operational teams and contribute to the success of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and support current business processes while identifying improvement opportunities.
- Analyse the customer journey, pinpoint challenges and suggest enhancements for efficiency.
- Build relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders and participate in team meetings.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues across Business Services to deliver project outcomes.
- Use company systems and technology tools to ensure a positive end‑user experience.
Required profile
- Motivated, eager to learn and develop a career in business services.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and good communication skills.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4‑9/A*‑C) and either A‑Levels or a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Not currently holding or studying towards a Level 3 Customer Service qualification.
