Business Studies Teacher – Secondary School (Dover)

About the role
We are partnering with secondary schools in Dover and surrounding areas to recruit qualified Business Studies teachers for September 2026. The position is full‑time and temporary, with the possibility of extending the contract based on school needs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across relevant Key Stages.
- Inspire and motivate students using proven teaching strategies.
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress, providing targeted support where required.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Business Studies curriculum and department.
- Deliver occasional Computer Science lessons when needed.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS, overseas police checks and reference verification.
