Business Systems Administrator – Hybrid

About the role

KubeNet is seeking a hands‑on Business Systems Administrator to own the administration, reporting, automation and continuous improvement of its core operational systems, centred on HaloPSA. The role is hybrid, based in Glasgow, and offers an excellent package with bonus and additional benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise HaloPSA and connected platforms, including configuration, permissions, workflows, SLAs, templates and integrations.
• Coordinate system improvement initiatives, capture requirements, manage priorities and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain internal and client‑facing dashboards, reports, KPIs and scheduled reporting outputs using Power BI or similar tools.
• Develop reporting solutions that are accurate, explainable and aligned to operational and business requirements.
• Leverage AI‑enabled analytics tools to accelerate insight, trend analysis and reporting efficiency.
• Create and maintain automation workflows to improve consistency, reduce manual effort and minimise errors.
• Maintain process maps, SOPs, runbooks and operational documentation.
• Own data‑integrity processes, including validation, reconciliation, cleansing and ongoing quality control.

Required profile

• Hands‑on approach with a focus on data quality and operational visibility.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and communicate updates to leadership and external vendors.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
