SaaS Product Lead

About the role

This newly created senior role sits within K3 Advantage and works closely with the K3 Advisory Group management team. You will own the AdvantageIQ SaaS reporting and analytics platform, driving commercial performance and product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AdvantageIQ P&L – revenue, gross margin, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion and ARR.
• Define product strategy, pricing and a 3‑year roadmap, refreshed annually.
• Lead go‑to‑market activities with the Growth function and oversee customer‑success onboarding.
• Manage partnerships with source‑system vendors, advisory firms and embedded‑finance platforms.
• Oversee AI‑enabled feature launches, ensuring governance, explainability and user adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver product releases, maintain quality and compliance.
• Represent AdvantageIQ in leadership meetings and coach advisory teams on cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Proven commercial ownership of a SaaS product with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading a live SaaS product through its commercial lifecycle.
• Track record working with engineering teams on backlog, scope, release planning and prioritisation.
• Comfort interacting with senior business owners and leadership.
