Butcher

About the role

We are looking for a commercial Butcher with a can‑do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will work on the shop floor, engaging with customers and preparing meat orders to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and build relationships to understand their requirements.
• Prepare and cut meat orders according to customer specifications.
• Maintain stock levels and follow stock control procedures.
• Comply with health, safety and legal standards at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience within the butchery trade.
• Good product knowledge and strong cutting and preparation skills.
• Excellent customer service, organisational and communication abilities.
• Understanding of stock control processes.

• Stock control procedures.
