About the role
We are seeking an experienced butcher to join a well‑established food manufacturing business in Preston. The role offers a Monday‑to‑Thursday schedule, providing an excellent work‑life balance while supporting growing production demands.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation, cutting, trimming and portioning of meat products.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety.
- Work to production schedules and customer specifications.
- Operate within a Monday‑to‑Thursday, days‑based shift.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a butcher or meat processor.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Looking for a stable, long‑term role with a Monday‑to‑Thursday schedule.
