Butler – Luxury Hotel Service (5‑Star)

About the role

The Ritz London is seeking a dedicated Butler to join its Rooms Division. You will deliver the highest level of personalised service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring a seamless, memorable experience in a 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke in‑room service, handling guest requests promptly and discreetly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Room Service, Reception, Hall Porters & Concierge to maintain luxury standards.
• Prepare and present amenities, turndown service, and personalized welcome arrangements.
• Anticipate guest preferences and manage special requests, ensuring all facilities are impeccably maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel or equivalent high‑end household.
• Excellent customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure while staying highly organised.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Discretion and a courteous attitude towards internal and external guests.
