About the role
We are seeking a commercially‑focused Buyer to lead procurement for the Hotel sector, Guest Amenities and related categories. Reporting to the Head of Category, you will shape category strategy, manage supplier relationships and ensure the right products are available at the right price.
Key responsibilities
- Manage product ranges, evaluate bids and support customer tenders.
- Source and assess suppliers, including Far East sourcing.
- Negotiate prices, trading agreements and monitor supplier performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to align category strategy with customer needs.
- Support sustainability initiatives, stock control and operational efficiencies.
Required profile
- Procurement experience within the hotel or hospitality sector (desirable).
- Strong commercial and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of supplier management and Far East sourcing.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and handling multiple priorities.
- Organised, proactive and adaptable.
