About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise algorithmic trading strategies for crypto markets.
• Research new blockchain protocols and data sources to enrich trading models.
• Develop and enhance research and execution systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal quant, engineering and external partners to drive the team’s mission.
• Leverage open‑source tools and utilities while maintaining clean, extensible code.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in C++ and Python development.
• Strong command of Unix environments and Git version control.
• Passion for clean architecture and testable, maintainable code.
• Ability to work independently on long‑term projects without supervision.
• Not a fresh graduate; proven track record in production‑grade software.
