Cable Assembler – Swindon

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Cable Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Swindon. The successful candidate will work to produce high‑quality cable units, following precise customer specifications and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble cable units according to technical drawings and build instructions.
• Perform soldering and crimping operations to a high standard.
• Maintain quality compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Use measuring tools accurately to ensure dimensional precision.
• Meet production deadlines and delivery targets while following health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and team objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cable assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with soldering and crimping techniques.
