About the role
The Cafe Supervisor will support the Cafe Manager in running the café at Avenham Park. This role focuses on overseeing front‑of‑house staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Cafe Manager with daily operational tasks.
- Supervise and coordinate front‑of‑house staff during shifts.
- Maintain service standards and address customer queries promptly.
- Ensure the café area is clean, organized, and stocked.
Required profile
