Call Service Representative – Customer Service (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Call Service Representatives to join our expanding Estate Planning Advisory team. Working Monday‑Friday (37.5 h) with occasional evening and Saturday shifts, you will provide the first point of contact for customers, delivering advice with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential customers who have enquired about our services.
• Accurately record customer queries and update our system.
• Explain our estate‑planning services clearly and suggest suitable solutions.
• Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks and research local community groups for free‑advice clinics.
• Engage with community groups to promote our free information clinics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Ability to meet performance and productivity targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using standard IT applications.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
