Canva Specialist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Canva Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis, creating and managing design assets that will be used for AI training and data annotation. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure all deliverables are brand‑consistent and meet project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, edit, and maintain a wide range of Canva assets for AI training purposes.
• Work with product, data, and engineering teams to gather requirements and produce high‑quality, brand‑aligned visuals.
• Document design decisions and processes to support effective AI model training and annotation.
• Provide feedback on Canva workflows to improve team efficiency.
• Organize and version‑control creative files in shared repositories.
• Communicate updates and project status clearly through written and verbal channels.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using Canva at a user level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow guidelines precisely while applying creativity.
• Familiarity with collaborative online tools and remote‑work best practices.
• Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets.
