Car Sales Executive – Lexus Dealership

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our Lexus dealership in Cheltenham. Working Monday to Saturday with a rotating Sunday schedule, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them to the perfect vehicle and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in, telephone and online enquiries, prospecting new customers and following up leads.
• Match customers with suitable Lexus models, presenting features, add‑ons and financing options.
• Negotiate contracts, achieve monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑on sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data in compliance with FCA and data‑protection regulations.
• Build lasting relationships, delivering exceptional service from first contact through delivery.

Required profile

• Proven track record in car sales, retail or sales management, with ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Motivation to develop a long‑term career in the automotive sector.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FCA regulations and data‑protection requirements.
