Car Sales Executive – £18k Base, OTE £55k+, Company Car

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a busy main dealership in Bromley. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchase journey, from first enquiry to hand‑over, while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles in line with manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Promote finance, insurance, warranties and additional products.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Manage customer enquiries professionally and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership procedures and policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Car Sales Executive in a franchised or independent dealership.
• Stable and consistent employment history.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
