Car Sales Executive – £50k OTE + Company Car

About the role

We are seeking a driven Car Sales Executive to join a high‑performing volume brand at a prime dealership in Dartford. You will work with a loyal customer base, selling both new and used vehicles while delivering a premium customer experience from the first meeting to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and used cars to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide end‑to‑end customer service, guiding clients from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in car sales.
• Strong desire to exceed targets and achieve uncapped earnings.
• Excellent customer service skills from first meet to handover.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Proactive, positive attitude; franchise main dealer experience is advantageous.
