About the role
St Katharine's, a 70-bed care home run by Gold Care Homes near Wantage, is looking for a Care Assistant. The home is close to the Wantage Shopping Centre, which residents use for shopping trips, and offers personalised care. No experience is needed, only a willingness to share the home's values.
Key responsibilities
- Personal care, assisting with washing and dressing
- Supporting residents with eating and drinking
- Completing daily care plans
- Assisting with mobility
Required profile
- No experience required
- Responsive and compassionate towards each resident's individual needs
- Contributes to a warm, friendly, healthy and safe environment
- Helps build a person-centred approach to care
