About the role

Join Home Instead SUR Group as a Care Professional supporting clients across Glasgow South. You will provide person‑centred care in the comfort of clients' homes, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and housekeeping.
• Provide companionship, encourage engagement in activities and support social interaction.
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Report any changes in clients' conditions and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Kind‑hearted, compassionate and patient.
• Reliable, adaptable and professional.
• Excellent communicator who respects diverse values and backgrounds.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Legal right to work and live in the UK.
