About the role
We are seeking experienced carpenters to join our client in Abingdon on a full‑time, temporary basis. The role starts immediately and focuses on first‑fix work, staircase construction and hand‑rail installation.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out first‑fix carpentry tasks on construction sites.
- Install staircases and associated components.
- Fit and secure handrails according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, using full personal protective equipment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in carpentry, particularly first‑fix, staircases and handrails.
- Ability to start work immediately.
- Own set of tools and full PPE.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
