Cash Management Administrator – Hybrid, Banbury

About the role

We are seeking a Cash Management Administrator to join our busy Banbury team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role offers a blend of office‑based finance tasks in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and set up new customer accounts.
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers via phone and email.
• Chase, allocate and process payments, including Worldpay, PayPal and BACS.
• Place and release accounts on hold, process credits and refunds.
• Upload and manage invoices, handle staff expenses and petty cash approvals.
• Participate in ledger reviews and support internal audits.

Required profile

• Previous office‑based experience, preferably in credit control, accounts or a process‑driven admin role.
• Basic understanding of credit control or customer accounts.
• Organised, accurate and able to work across multiple systems.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
