Cash Management Specialist

About the role

The Cash Management Specialist will support the Cash Management team by performing acceptance testing, analysing data transmissions and producing technical documentation. You will work on complex check‑processing activities, improve workflow efficiencies and collaborate with Information Services to identify system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute acceptance testing for system changes and document results.
• Conduct data transmission analysis and prepare technical documentation.
• Process complex checks and manage the preparation and production of customer work.
• Analyse the Cash Management workflow to identify efficiency improvements.
• Assist in test programs for new software and hardware, providing feedback to development teams.
• Collaborate with Information Services to propose and implement system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0‑3 years of total work experience, preferably in bank operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
