Cash Management Specialist – Representative II

About the role

BNY is seeking a Specialist, Cash Management Representative II to join its Wealth Services Operations team in Manchester. You will support Pershing EMEA entities by managing cash flows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with Treasury and other operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Fund cash bank accounts for all Pershing EMEA entities to support business‑as‑usual activities.
• Manage and segregate client and firm money to meet regulatory requirements.
• Review, monitor and approve payments related to firm and client cash activity.
• Work alongside operational teams and Treasury to execute cash‑management processes.
• Oversee team checklists, perform oversight tasks, and escalate cash‑management issues as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in cash management, including reconciliation of bank‑account balances and breaks.
• Proven ability to review and approve payments under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of payment message types such as SWIFT, MT and PACS.
• Familiarity with reconciliation software (e.g., TLM) and strong Excel skills.
