About the role

The Museum and Stadium Tour Operator delivers engaging, informative tours of Nottingham Forest’s stadium and museum for a variety of audiences, from individual visitors to school groups and corporate events. This casual, flexible‑hour position also supports day‑to‑day museum upkeep and collaborates with the wider team to continuously improve the visitor experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stadium tours for groups of up to 25, showcasing the club’s history and heritage.
• Develop and propose ideas to enhance tour content and overall visitor experience.
• Act as an ambassador for Nottingham Forest Football Club, representing the brand positively.
• Assist with museum duties on match days and contribute to routine maintenance.

Required profile

• Exceptional knowledge of Nottingham Forest’s history and broader football heritage.
• Experience in customer‑facing or front‑of‑house roles (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Understanding of inclusive experiences and accessibility requirements.
• Confident, enthusiastic public speaking skills for large groups.
