Casualty & Public Liability Claims Technician

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Casualty & Public Liability Claims Technician to join our liability team in Glasgow. You will investigate personal injury and third‑party property damage claims, ensuring compliance with client standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and assess liability claims for personal injury (EL/PL) and property damage.
• Gather and analyse evidence to support claim recommendations.
• Coordinate technical support for field Liability Adjusters.
• Prepare detailed reports and ensure timely settlement of claims where appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with client requirements, service standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in casualty or public liability claims handling.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to high‑quality service delivery and innovation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of liability insurance policies and legal principles.
• Ability to evaluate claim quantum and policy coverage.
