Category Manager – Indirects

About the role

The Category Manager – Indirects will join a busy procurement function and lead sourcing activity across a broad Business Services portfolio. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop category strategies and deliver commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver end‑to‑end category strategies for facilities management, customer services and outsourced services.
• Lead complex sourcing and tender exercises, managing the full procurement lifecycle.
• Engage with suppliers, conduct evaluations and negotiate contracts.
• Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver savings, value and commercial improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Category Manager with strong end‑to‑end sourcing expertise.
• Background in outsourced services procurement.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex procurement projects independently.
