Central Operations Associate

About the role

The Central Operations Associate supports Greystar's UKST Central Team across Canvas and Chapter student accommodation properties. Working in a rotating pool, the role handles debt management, finance administration, resident experience and general administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute arrears chase schedules, manage payment queries and process payment plan requests.
• Process FMO charges, deposit deductions and refund workflows while maintaining accurate PMS records.
• Tri­age welfare referrals, support resident communications and assist with community events.
• Handle council tax exemption applications, HMO licence documentation and other compliance tasks.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a customer‑facing service delivery role, preferably in student accommodation, residential lettings or a contact‑centre environment.
• Strong written communication, highly organised and able to manage high‑volume, process‑driven workflows independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Entrata or an equivalent property management system (training provided).
• Knowledge of UK landlord/tenant legislation (desirable).
